These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GetFlyght, a travel destination discovery tool available at getflyght.com ("the Service"), operated by Marek Fajfer ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
GetFlyght helps you discover travel destinations based on the activities you want to do and when you want to travel. We provide destination recommendations with seasonal context. We are a discovery tool only — we do not sell flights, accommodation, activities, or any other travel service directly. When you decide where to go, we may link you to third-party partners who provide booking services.
GetFlyght is free for travellers to use. We earn commission when you book certain services through our partner links. This never increases the price you pay.
Our destination recommendations and scores are based on general seasonal, climatic, and practical factors, and are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. They are opinions and estimates, not guarantees.
The Service contains links to third-party websites and services (for example, flight search, accommodation, experiences, insurance, eSIM, and car rental providers). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, services, pricing, availability, or privacy practices. Any transaction you make with a third party is solely between you and that third party, and is governed by their terms and conditions.
You agree to use GetFlyght only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
The GetFlyght name, website, destination database, scoring methodology, and original content are the property of the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our database or content without prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, from decisions you make based on our recommendations, or from your dealings with any third-party partner. Your use of the Service and any reliance on its recommendations is at your own risk.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
